Campaign Delivery Update
Thank you for your continued patience in the fulfillment of your Samsung Home Appliance order!
Unfortunately, Samsung is still reporting a delay in the fulfillment and delivery of their home appliance inventory. The confirmed delivery date communicated to our team has been extended as shortages of raw materials have persisted, and we have stayed in contact with Samsung and their delivery partner to get more clarity on the expected delivery date so that we may pass along any updates to our Insiders still pending delivery.
Our team is working to provide more consistent updates to all campaign participants in an effort to alleviate any confusion and to do our best to let insiders know that we are adamantly following up on the situation, however, if you have any questions regarding your order please reach out to our team at infousa@theinsidersnet.com with the subject line "ATTENTION: Delivery Inquiry" and we will do our best to provide any additional information we can ascertain regarding your order. All orders that we have received payment for will be fulfilled.
